Hey freedivers,
last Friday, I had an appointment with Olivier and his father Guido in Herentals. After the AIDA level 1 theory course, it was time to practice a bit in the swimming pool. Same story for Sabine, except that she is already a full member of AIDA Belgium section Herentals but never had the chance to officially follow a course so far ;-).
Thibault and Gunther were there too and I could count of them for some assistance. Thank you again guys!
So, first things first, we relaxed ^^

Then we practiced a bit static apnea, experiencing more and more contractions. Minutes are going away, just like that ;-)

Then we had still some time left for dynamic apnea training. Not the ideal conditions for everyone, no (proper) suit, no (proper) weight but the motivation is there and it went very well!

Again, 1hour went away like 1minute and everybody lost track of time :D. Students are happy, so am I!
