Hey freedivers,
last Friday took place the second Equalization workshop of the year!
Indeed, Tessa, Thibault, Roeland, Philippe, Gunther, Leen, Pol, David, Pieter and Sabine joined me in Den Engel in Vorselaar first for 1h30 of dry EQ practice. I know that it is a lot of information, most of the time trying to manage "new body parts"! But I'm already happy when I hear that what I'm telling make some sense ^^.
Then we went to the Netepark in Herentals to practice equalization in the pool. We could confirm that one single lane can welcome 11 freedivers...Actually I think we can still add a few more :D
I saw so many happy faces during these 2 equalization workshops (and there is already a long waiting list ^^), therefore I decided to plan new ones.
