Hello freedivers!
l'm aware that I'm repeating myself...but the freedive session in the quarry of Lessines last Sunday was just awesome again!
Regular air (6°C) and water (9°C) temperatures for the season and amazing visibility coupled to a great group of newcomers and less newcomers...This is the perfect combination for success :-).
Were present: Eddy and Amandine (from Fun Diving Center in Charleroi), David (from Duiktank Transfo in Zwevegem), An and Bert (from West-Vlanderen) and last but not least Arnaud and UF-Eric (from Wolu Club, Brussels) and UF-Paul (from Nérée Club, Waterloo).
I can't remember who came with that idea but instead of doing the regular group picture, we did a mannequin challenge movie! I didn't know what it was :D but it came pretty well!
Then we could enjoy an amazing visibility in the water for more than 1 hour. The session around the old railway was the best according the me :-). By the way, Paul and Arnaud could visit for the first time the second car, located around -27m!
From my side, I took care, together with David, of Ann and Bert for their first freedive session in Lessines and in "cold water" :-). Even if I was not "officially teaching" my dive log can tell that I did my best to support them during this session :-). They did great and I'm looking forward to freedive with them again!
Hereunder you can find a short movie about that freedive session including the mannequin challenge and appreciate the great visibility of the day!
Next session is December 11th ;-)
Cheers,
Felice
