Hello freedivers,
this week-end, there is no freediving session foressen for me, so it is time to remember what we did last week :-).
It was a great session together with buddies Vincent, Cédric and Dieter!
Nice sun, water temperature around 10°C and not the best visibility but still a good 8m to see ahead of us ;-).

This time I took the sled with me and no camera or other "extra gears". After almost 8 years of giving lessons, taking care of students and filming, this year I'm willing to take care a bit more of myself...and more enjoy the dives ^^.
So I would like to thank my buddies for providing the pictures and videos material for this post! It is always nice to have memories "on paper" to have a look at it whenever you want.

Putting 17.5kg of weight on the sled works very wel for 2 freedivers attached to it. It worked even better when I tested it alone. I'm guessing a least 1m/s :p. Thanks again to Vincent for making that very nice video of me!
Next session are planned on June 3rd and 17st. Don't hesitate to join ;-)
