Almost 3 years ago, I had the chance to follow a great equalization workshop with Andrea Zuccari. I even organized a small conference with him a few month later in Louvain-la-Neuve.
3 years ago, my first equalization workshop with Andrea surrounded by buddies Istvan and Isabelle :D
That were already top workshops and now, I think that it is time for some refresh :D. Indeed since last year Andrea launched his Equalization Academy including a full educational course on equalization for (free)diving spread over 3 levels.
The purpose of the present workshop is to go through level 1 and level 2 covering the following topics:

- How to train the S.F. dry - in the pool – in the sea
3.4. Handsfree
4. Extra
4.1 Residual Volumes
4.2 How Equalize the Mask
4.3 How to shift the air
4.4 Bloodshift
5. Dry training
5.1 Otovent
5.2 EQ-Tool
It will be spread over 2 evening on March 28th and 29th 2018, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm in the surrounding of Herentals.
The course fees are 120euros, including Equalization Academy international certification.
It is mandatory to bring an Otovent with you.
Course attendees limited to 15 people.
Reservation is fixed only when paid (not refundable one month before the event).
