Hello Freedivers,
currently I may have less time for freediving activities but luckily I still have some good memories to remember and to share.
Indeed last months, we did a very nice freediving session in "misty Lessines"!
A very nice group was present, namely Eric, Olivier, Paul, Thijs, David, Thierry and Nicky! For the last 4, this was a follow-up of the previous session in Duiktank Transfo, in order to continue on the AIDA level 2 training.
With 12°C and fair visibility, the quarry was again a beautiful place to freedive. Paul, Eric and Oliver headed to the reed part while I took my 4 brave students to the various platforms to train free immersion, constant weight and safety.

And they did all good since Belgium has now 4 more AIDA level 2 freedivers! Congratulations guys :D. Anytime for the next training ;-)

My last freediving activity was the second pool session of the AIDA level 4 training with Magalie, Benj and Christophe 2 weeks ago...Hopefully we will able to finish this training in open water next August :-).
By the way, don't forget the unique conference by world champion Morgan Bourc'his next Saturday July 9th in Brussels ;-).
