Hello Freedivers,
we got such a nice saturday at the Transfo deep tank last week-end! For the very first time, 2 of my AIDA students joined 2 of my LIFRAS students to perform theis AIDA level 2 and LIFRAS level 1 freediving training respectively. Indeed, this was the first deep water session for An and Bert on the one hand and Ilde and Mark on the other hand. I could also count on Manu to assist me :-). Water temperature was 17°C but still OK with my SeaGods 3mm wetsuit :p.
We started all together with a short relaxation-breath up session. Then we all moved to the "static area" of the deep tank were everybody could enjoy contractions :D.

Then we could perform some dynamic before starting the deep training. By the way, An could test the nice fins I found for her, the brand-new Cressi Gara Modular by Guillaume Nery. Probably one of the first time that these fins were tested in Belgium! And the results is great, I think An will be able to tell you more about it if you like ;-).

The 2 hours session were very quickly gone! Everybody did great in their respective training. An and Bert are ready to finalize their AIDA level 2 certification during the next session that will take place on March 4th. On the other hand, Ilde and Mark did everything to finalize their LIFRAS level 1 certification! Congratulation to them! Thank you for being my very first LIFRAS-CMAS certified freedivers! And thank you Manu for providing such a great assistance ;-).
