Hi freedivers,
last Saturday I had again a great time in Duiktank Transfo giving an AIDA level 1 - Freediving discovery course to 5 five new students, namely Brecht, Giel, Matthias, Thierry and Thijs.
That was the first time for me to give the most updated version of this course. I'm happy that everything went smoothly!
For the pratice part, I could count on the presence of Jeroen to help me introducing static, dynamic and depth freediving techniques to the group of students.

That's was one very pleasant group of freedivers, I'm looking foward for the next sessions!
