Hi freedivers,
after our first AIDA2 theory and swimming pool sessions last Monday, the braves, I mean Gregory, John, Lynn, Sharon en Katelijn from Duikpunt - Oostende, as well as Jo and Lena with Stijn met me this morning at the Galderse Meren (The Netherlands). Thanks a lot to Stijn who was kind enough to assist me for this session (in addition to come with her girlfriend :-). Why "braves"? Because it is basically their first freediving open water session and the temperature of the water is between 8 and 9°C...and there is just nobody else present on this parking lot :D.

And then, we enter the water...still very easy and nice view...but I was dissapointed because the visibility was not as good as the first time I came here...But anyway, we could train as we had to do for this first session and, more than one hour later, I was happy to hear Katelijn saying that she started to feel the addiction for depth :D.
Luckily I will give the second sessions very soon because I'm looking forward to teach this very nice group of freedivers further on!
