My very first AIDA Instructor course is almost coming to an end :-)

Hello freedivers,

yesterday we had the special presentation session for my very first AIDA instructor course.

Indeed during the evening, we could discuss very interesting topics including "Respiration and pranayama for freediving" by Marie-Lorraine, "Static discipline" by Wouter and "Decompression Sickness risk in freediving" by Paul.

Next AIDA instructor students on the plate are Cédric and Jeroen!

I will surely keep you posted about the outcome of this intensive course that we are running for 4 months already.
