Hi freedivers!

why "epic"? Because last Sunday were present 6 AIDA level 1 candidates, 1 AIDA level 2 candidates, 2 AIDA level 3 candidates, 1 AIDA level 4 candidate and a couple of AIDA instructeur candidates, all at once brought together in Duiktank Transfo!

However I have to say that the main purpose of the day was to train 6 new freedivers namely Dieter, Matthias, Andreas, Florian, Jolien and last but not least the initiator of this training, Sofie ! Assistant instructeurs Paul and Wouter could also begin their journey as AIDA Instructeur candidates.

So first things first, we started with the theorie in the cantina. Nice place to be :-).

Then we did a short dynamic apnea session. It was directly followed by a full hour on depth training including free immersion, constant weight and rescue practice.
