Hi freedivers,
on Monday, I could count again on Inge and Jeroen to help me with the second batch of AIDA1 students from the scuba diving club Duikpunt in Oostende.
Again a great group of divers highly motivated to learn about freediving!
Respiration/relaxation, static and dynamic sessions went smoothly as I like to do ;-).
